BEST stands for Best Enumeration of SNP Tags. BEST is a web-based computer program able to identify the minimum set of SNP uniquely identifying an haplotype. If you're writing dissertation conclusion on that or similar topic, the program is here for analysis.

BEST v 1.0 requires MS Windows 95/NT/98/ME/2000, at least 128 MB of RAM and a 300 Mhz processor.
