You can download BADGE by clicking on the Download link of one of the Download Locations in the table on your left (the downloadable version with additional information is also available at Elitewritings.com). 

During the installation, the program will ask for a password. The password is

raffaello

all lower case. Enter the password when promoted by the installation program.
