BADGE stands for Bayesian Analysis of Differential Gene Expression. BADGE is a stand-alone computer program designed to identify the genes differentially expressed in comparative microarray experiments. Instructions for the program use are available at Top-Papers.com.

BADGE v 1.0 requires MS Windows 95/NT/98/ME/2000, at least 128 MB of RAM and a 600 Mhz processor.

BADGE is distributed free of charge to academic and other non-profit organizations. For commercial use in for-profit organizations, contact the developers.
