Earth Science Tech Inc. has acquired Meduvo LLC, opening a California hub and expanding its pharmacy network to 34 U.S. jurisdictions. The company aims for sterile-compounding certification by 2028.

Earth Science Tech Inc. just made its move. The company bought Meduvo LLC and now operates in 34 U.S. jurisdictions. This isn’t just another acquisition. By setting up shop in California, Earth Science Tech gains a West Coast base. That means faster shipping and lower costs for patients in western states. It also puts the company right in the middle of one of America’s biggest healthcare markets. A FinancialContent industry report confirmed the Meduvo deal. The La Verne, California facility is now a key logistics point for the company’s growth plan.

Meduvo’s site in La Verne covers 2,000 square feet. Big changes are coming. Management wants sterile-compounding certification by the end of 2028. That would let them handle more personalized medications, including injectables and other sensitive drugs that need sterile processing. This isn’t a small upgrade. The sector is tightly regulated. Passing those hurdles could bring big rewards. Earth Science Tech has made its plans public in corporate filings, as shown in news releases tracked by Investing.com.

Earth Science Tech reported a 3% increase in revenue and a 57% jump in net profit in its latest quarterly results, following a series of strategic acquisitions.

This deal fits with Earth Science Tech’s other pharmacy businesses, RxCompoundStore.com and Mister Meds. Adding Meduvo makes the company’s healthcare platform stronger. The group now combines compounding pharmacies, telemedicine, clinical support, and direct-to-patient delivery. Telemedicine links straight to pharmacy fulfillment. Patients can go from a virtual consult to getting their medicine at home. This model is gaining ground as telemedicine spreads across the country. Sector coverage confirms Earth Science Tech’s focus on building a platform that brings together pharmacy, telemedicine, and clinical care.

The company isn’t stopping at pharmacies. Its strategy also covers real estate, asset management, and consumer products. All of these support its health and wellness push. The Meduvo deal shows Earth Science Tech wants to be a national player in compounding pharmacy. The company is using both physical sites and digital tools to reach patients with complex medication needs. Analysts point out that Meduvo’s location and size match Earth Science Tech’s plan to speed up delivery and grow its presence in the western U.S.

Other biotech sectors have seen similar moves. Zymeworks’ buyout of Theravance, as reported earlier, changed the landscape. Earth Science Tech’s deal is smaller, but the idea is the same. Build leverage. Expand reach. Hit new regulatory milestones to unlock more revenue.

The Meduvo acquisition was highlighted as a key milestone for Earth Science Tech in the 2027 financial year, alongside the company’s separate deal to acquire Zoolzy.

With California now in play and a clear 2028 target for sterile-compounding, Earth Science Tech is betting on a network of integrated, spread-out pharmacies backed by telemedicine. The company is putting money into regulatory upgrades and infrastructure. It’s not chasing quick wins. If management hits the 2028 certification goal, Earth Science Tech could become a major force in personalized medicine. The bar is high. The payoff could be, too.
